Terms of service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
By using Slotly you agree to these terms. Slotly is operated by ZOVRO LLC. Slotly is a marketplace and appointment platform for customers and independent local businesses.
The service
Slotly connects customers with independent businesses and service providers. The businesses provide the services; Slotly does not provide, supervise, or guarantee those services. Each business is responsible for its prices, service quality, hours, licensing, permits, insurance, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Bookings
A booking is a request until the business confirms it. Customers must provide truthful booking information and request only lawful services. Please cancel from My bookings if you cannot attend. Businesses may decline or cancel bookings when needed.
Business accounts and licenses
Businesses must provide accurate information, keep their PIN private, submit required license information, and follow all applicable labor, wage, tax, licensing, safety, consumer-protection, and regulatory requirements. Slotly may review, reject, suspend, or remove a business account for inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or unverified activity.
Lawful use and safety
Customers and businesses are responsible for their own conduct. Slotly must not be used for illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or unethical requests or services. Slotly is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a real visit. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, misleading, discriminatory, or share personal information.
SMS terms
After you explicitly agree using the SMS consent checkbox, Slotly may send transactional text messages for verification codes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, owner alerts, status updates, and support messages. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Account action
Slotly may warn, limit, suspend, remove, or refuse accounts, bookings, reviews, or business listings that violate these terms or create trust and safety risk.
Liability
Slotly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Slotly is not liable for services provided by independent businesses, missed appointments, business conduct, customer conduct, or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Delivery provided by stores
Delivery is optional and is provided and managed solely by the independent store. The store is responsible for its drivers, delivery area, fees, timing, handling and fulfillment. Customers must confirm delivery availability, the address, fees and arrival time directly with the store; a Slotly order or a message does not itself confirm delivery. Slotly does not dispatch drivers, collect delivery fees or provide delivery support. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Slotly is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, damage or delivery disputes. Contact the store directly for delivery problems rather than Slotly Customer Support. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Order messages
Customers and stores may use private order messages for short notes and addresses. Do not send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, passwords or payment card details. Messages are not an emergency or Slotly support channel. Use Refresh messages to check for replies and contact the store directly for urgent delivery matters.
